The project consisted in the remodeling of the BPPR’s branch located at Plaza Las Américas Shopping Center, the biggest shopping center in the Caribbean.  The remodeling works included the addition of six teller stations and the construction of a new lounge area.

CPM also provided services for the following projects completed in 2000:

Services: Design Management, Design Review, Bid Process Management, Construction Management and Inspection Services

The project consisted in the construction of a nine story building of 150,000 square feet with parking facilities for approximately 560 vehicles.

CPM provided construction management services for the remodeling of Popular Center Building Façade, a 35 year old structure which had been deteriorated.  The project scope consisted in the removal of mosaics, which decorated its exterior walls, installation of granite panels, and installation of anchorage in all pre-cast fins and windows across the building.

The project consisted in the remodeling and expansion of the existing Popular Center Facility and its surroundings located in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.  The first phase consisted in the construction of a new 108,000 sq. ft. six story building at the North side of Popular Center.  Phase II consisted of the construction management and close coordination of South area and pedestrian bridge design, in addition to an innovative structural glass wall.
