CPM provided CM Services for:

• Remodeling of Room B
• Expansion of Main Switchgear
• Cafeteria Expansion
• Potable Water Tank & Expansion of the Generators Room

The project consisted in the expansion of its current facility which included:

• construction of a second floor to an existing building facility of an approximately 25,000 sq. ft.
• demolition of existing clean room
• construction of an approximately 200 asphalt parking spaces
• relocation of existing laboratories to the new second floor area converting existing laboratories in the first floor to clean room areas
• construction of an external hallway with elevator to connect office space with manufacturing section.
