This project required the construction of a two level library located at a site of approximately 40’ wide x 49’ height.  This new structure provides conventional and electronic library services, group or independent study areas, audiovisual areas, conference and multipurpose rooms, filing room, reception area, administrative office and restrooms.

Construction of underground works including utilities, electrical systems, telephone and cable TV.  In addition, improvements to sidewalks and lightning systems were performed.

Construction of a multi level parking to accommodate approximately 100 parking spaces.

Construction of two concrete buildings to accommodate six vendor spaces in each structure.
