Remodeling and modification of existing dirty bowl stage room, bowl wash room and utensil wash to a product milling and transferring area in the Cidra II manufacturing plant for processing the new product Avandia.  Work included civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines. Special precautions were taken, since the project took place adjacent to production areas.   Appropriate environmental conditions were maintained to continue operation.

Consisted in the replacement of existing fluid bed dryers and upgrading of facilities to bring them up to latest cGMP requirements.  Special precautions were taken, since the project took place adjacent to production areas.  Appropriate environmental conditions were maintained to continue operations.

Controlled Environment Facilities

Remodeling of manufacturing areas in the Cidra manufacturing plant. The project consisted in the remodeling of the existing Ecotrin coating area to manufacture products requiring high containment facilities.

Consisted in the construction of a new compressing area to be located in the existing warehouse adjacent to the recently completed Coating Project.  Work included civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical & instrumentation disciplines.
