Schools for the 21^st Century contemplates the modernization of 100 existing schools and the construction of 5 new schools throughout Puerto Rico, serving about 50,000 students.   CPM provides advisory and program management services to plan and execute this $756MM capital program.

Improvements to Trauma Center, Football Park, Sailing Facilities, Racket Ball, Equestrian Facilities, Olympic Lodging Schools (“Villa Alterna”).

Services: Design Management, Program Management, Construction Management & Inspection

This project consisted of the installation of approximately 2,000 mts. of 30” and 24” diameter ductile iron pipe in the very congested Miramar residential area.  CPM’s project management approach included an effective community outreach program in coordination with the construction activities, neighbors and businesses, which resulted in the project completion on time, within budget and without disturbing the residents and businesses in the area.

CPM provided coordination services, assessment & recommendation of improvements for the rehabilitation and renovation works required by the Department of Education for public schools in the Ponce Region.  This region is composed of 110 schools within 12 municipalities.
