Demolition of a one story building of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. adjacent to Warner Chilcott facility at Fajardo through our sister company CPM Builders.  Our services included development of Scope of Work, Preparation of Bid Packages and Demolition Activities.

This expansion enhanced Warner Chilcott Hormones manufacturing facility.  The new design duplicated the actual hormone production with the incorporation of new equipment and increase of floor space.  The new facility was designed adopting the latest GMP’s practices.
