Remodeling of PRASA’s Commercial Offices

CPM provided design management, contract documentation evaluation, support to the project bidding process and contract award for the remodeling of several PRASA’s Commercial Offices. During the construction phase, CPM provided coordination with contractors, furniture suppliers, telecommunications, and data installers in addition to the coordination of future tenants moving into the facility.
