Technical Consulting Services for the construction of a new facility.

Assistance in the development and implementation of an execution strategy for Pepsico’s priority projects taking into consideration capital project approach, scope, project resources, and estimated time for completion.

CPM provided scheduling services for the construction of a new 117,000 sq. ft. stand alone facility to house manufacturing, administrative, maintenance and warehouse facilities.  An action plan was developed identifying the means by which the project could be accelerated.

Services: CM

Provided technical consulting services for the construction of a new printing facility of approximately 87,000 sq. ft. which will house administrative offices, warehouse, loading and unloading docks, production and support areas for printing operations.  A new substation, water tank and parking area are also contemplated.
