This project consisted of a 40,000 sq. ft. structural steel retail store and the construction of a Mall Concourse to provide access from the existing mall to the new Bed, Bath & Beyond facilities and from the shopping mall to the parking lot.

The project consisted in the construction of a concrete and asphalt parking facility at the Wal-Mart’s Distribution Center, in Palmas Ward, Cataño, Puerto Rico.  This parking facility was located in a plot of land of 8.05 acres to accommodate approximately 250 parking spaces designated for containers.  This project also included a storm sewer system, electrical underground, lighting, guard house, curbs and gutters, among others.

The project consists in the evaluation of its existing facilities and its functionality to maximize efficiency in operations.

This project consisted of a 65,000 sq. ft. retail store building, to provide space for over twenty retail stores, and parking space facilities.  It required the relocation of existing utilities and special coordination due to the construction of another retail store adjacent to the project.
