Reconstruction of Two Major Hotels

Acted as Lender’s Representative for Government Development Bank.  This project was divided in two phases.  The first phase required the rehabilitation of the La Concha Resort and Condado Vanderbilt Hotel and the construction of a three story structure for retail stores at the La Concha Cabañas area.  The second phase consisted of the construction of three condo-hotels and parking facilities.
