We utilize CPM’s hands-on Consulting and Construction Management experience to perform forensic analysis, identifying potential risk areas and creating solutions to allow the Project Team, Surety or Client to regain control and direction of a project.
CPM uses an integrating approach to work with the project stakeholders to manage expectations while producing a corrective course of action including revising project work sequence, schedules, policies and procedures. Our experience with contractors and sureties provides us with an objective perspective to assist in the early resolution of possible claims.
